The Butler House is a newly constructed Luxury 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath rental home in Aspen, Colorado. This home rental provides Indirect Ski Access for novice to expert skiers via the upper Guggenheim Trail. For beginner skiers, Adams's Avenue is about 220 yards down Wood Road. There are also spectacular Views of Snowmass area and Village.

The Living room features a gas fireplace and a 32" TV/DVD/VCR/surround sound system/CD player. There is a formal dining room which seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen includes a bar area that seats 4. This house also includes a Private Outdoor Hot Tub.

The Master bedroom contains a king size bed, a private bath and a 27" TV/DVD player. There is another King bedroom with a private bath and a 15" LCD TV. The other 2 rooms are split king rooms, both with a private bath and one with a 27" TV/DVD.
